1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the App Provider handles information in the iOS app "Easy Photo Cleaner" (the "App").

2. Purpose of Photo Library Access

The App accesses the iOS photo library only after the user grants permission. The purpose is to review photos and videos and show reference information and deletion candidates for storage organization.

The App does not access contacts, emails, messages, or system caches.

3. On-Device Processing

Photo and video scanning, categorization, thumbnail display, storage estimation, and deletion candidate creation are performed on the user's device.

The App does not send photos, videos, thumbnails, photo contents, or photo metadata to servers operated by the App Provider or to analytics or advertising SDKs. iCloud Photos syncing and downloads follow the user's Apple ID, iCloud, and iOS settings.

This information is used on the device to maintain the App's user experience.

5. Deletion Operations

The App does not automatically delete photos or videos. Deletion is performed only when the user reviews deletion candidates and explicitly initiates deletion.

The actual deletion process is performed through the iOS photo library and PhotoKit. iOS Photos shows a confirmation before deletion, and items are deleted only if the user approves the confirmation.

Deleted photos and videos may remain in "Recently Deleted" depending on iOS behavior. Permanent deletion and restoration are handled according to the iOS Photos app.

6. Analytics, Crash Reporting, Ads, and External SDKs

At this time, the App does not use external analytics SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, advertising SDKs, or external tracking SDKs.

The App Provider does not sync photos, videos, thumbnails, or metadata through its own cloud service. iCloud Photos syncing and downloads follow the user's Apple ID, iCloud, and iOS settings.

If features involving external SDKs or external data transfer are added in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect the implementation, and the in-app disclosures and App Store Connect privacy information will be updated as needed.

7. Disclosure to Third Parties

The App does not provide user photos, videos, thumbnails, or photo metadata to third parties.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated due to changes in laws, service content, or App implementation. If there are material changes, the App Provider will provide notice in the App or on this page by reasonable means.
